Description

Customers often enter burner emails and/or phone numbers as it is sensitive information to the user. This can cause the customer to be flagged as a PIF and limit their browsing experience – unable to view their personalized terms on drivetime.com. This feature will provide customers a way to verify/edit their information and resubmit their lead, potentially removing them from a PIF status.
